Measure around foot under the arch. Size guide only.
Place foot in elastic sock, take wrap and cross over the top of foot and under the arch. Then wrap around the ankle attaching the hook closer for desired compression. Can be turned inside out for use on either ankle.
Washing instructions: Hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Rinse thoroughly. Drip dry. Do not wring, twist, tumble dry, bleach or dry in direct sunlight.
