It works by moisturising the mucosa and thinning mucosal secretions which aids in the removal of mucus from the nose and sinuses. Narium? is buffered between pH 6.5-7.5 and is isotonic which is recommended for optimal cilia movement. It can be used as often as needed and is safe to use with cold, allergy and sinus medications.
